In the event of booking a tour package and cancellation more than 72 hours before the flight date, the amount will be refunded after deducting the bank fees + an administrative fee of 0.1% of the total amount. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer unless there are accommodation or flight reservations, in which case the reservation policies of the airline or accommodation companies will be referred to.

2. In the event of cancellation of a confirmed reservation for a tourist package requested by the customer less than 72 hours before the start of the trip, 70% will be deducted (as administrative fees + accommodation or flight reservation amounts according to the reservation policies of the airline or accommodation companies).

3. If the shipment is created or processed by the seller: 70% will be deducted, including the following (administrative fees + shipping fees + bank fees, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer).

4. If the order is created and approved and the shipment is not processed by the seller, 40% will be deducted, including (administrative fees + bank fees only), and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

5. If the shipment has been created, processed, and sent to the customer’s address, we will not be able to cancel your order, and the amount will not be refunded unless the product differs from the agreed-upon product.

Eighth: Legal liability
